|Jason Duff has an innate ability in helping entrepreneurs and Main Street communities get from where they are to where they want to be.
He has been awarded the prestigious EMPACT 100 award in both 2011 and 2012, recognizing the Top 100 Entrepreneurs Under 30 in America. He also actively tours as a keynote speaker for The Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour, sponsored by INC Magazine, and lectures at universities and campuses across the country speaking on leadership and entrepreneurship.
Although Duff serves in an executive capacity to several family businesses; he has also founded two companies, Community Storage & Properties and COMSTOR Outdoor, both work synergistically through marketing and real estate/community development to create success.
COMSTOR Outdoor, an outdoor media company operating over 400 billboards in Ohio and Indiana has since evolved into a fully integrated marketing firm helping entrepreneurs and small businesses tell their story through big ideas and proven systems learned “in the trenches” over his 20+ successful years in small business.
Duff’s real estate development company, Community Storage & Properties, has been building a critical mass of success stories on Main Street in communities he’s invested millions of dollars in revitalization efforts. Recent projects have resulted in millions of dollars in growth, jobs and downtown development.
Duff’s three-point approach for creating success revolves around developing the right mindset in both the individual and communities at large; and while massive implementation is key, Duff’s second principle revolves around developing the right skill set needed for implementing success. |Adam M. Rammel is COMSTOR’s Relationship Marketing Expert, handling the strategy and execution of client projects ranging from outdoor to print, video, and web. He is committed to growing, empowering and energizing local business in small communities by building and maintaining strong relationships.
Adam is a 2007 graduate of Bowling Green State University with degrees in Visual Communication Technology and Marketing. He possesses a strong background and education in new media, social media, and emerging technologies. Adam serves as the “go-to-guy” for helping COMSTOR clients be found online and offline via both traditional and new media practices.
As an active member in several local boards, committees, and organizations, Adam is dedicated to Main Street and local economic development initiatives. During his spare time, he enjoys golf, wine, and concerts. He, his wife Renee, their son Reid and dog Max reside in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

|Matt Brown, founder of www.mattmbrown.com, is a nationally recognized and award-winning leader, author and entrepreneur.
A graduate of Ohio Northern University Alum (BSBA Management, 2005), Matt regularly lectures and speaks at The Dicke College of Business on the topic of Marketing.
Prior to joining the COMSTOR Outdoor team, Matt was nationally recognized and nominated for Rough Notes Magazine and Professional Insurance Associations’ Young Insurance Professional of the Year after just one year as an insurance sales producer in the insurance industry.
He is the author of The Insurance Xperience: The Ultimate Guide to Success for Young Insurance Professionals (www.theinsurancexperience.com) which is the insurance industry’s standard handbook provided to newly licensed agents everywhere across the country. He also serves as a consultant and coach for producers and agents across the country through his Main Street Producer Coaching Program, training and home study courses.
Matt joined team COMSTOR in March 2012, and serves as their Marketing Strategist and lead copywriter. Matt’s top skills are sales and marketing consulting, strategy, and direct-response copywriting.
