Job Description:

COMSTOR Outdoor seeks a qualified independent contractor to oversee the evaluation, identification, leasing, permitting and construction of new outdoor advertising locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identify new sites for sign development
  • Review lease and other negotiations and prepare financial analysis.
  • Manage communications with billboard landowners and assist with land lease renewals.
  • Facilitate and secure all necessary variances and permits.
  • Serves as a subcontractor liaison for quality and accuracy of installation of new billboard signs.
  • Meetings with governmental officials to advocate for outdoor advertising.
  • Maintains all lease files and records with optimum accuracy and professionalism.
  • Completes special projects as approved by President and Vice President.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experienced candidate who possesses the highest personal and professional integrity.
  • Commercial real estate background or experience with real estate matters.
  • Professional in appearance and manner and multi-task oriented.
  • Must show proof of automobile insurance with $100,000/300,000 policy limits.
